Why Approve2Go exists
Enterprise safety and workflow software is priced and scoped for large operators — six-figure contracts, month-long implementations, and account teams that stop returning calls once you're under 500 employees. Sites running 20–200 people are left with paper: a clipboard, a filing cabinet, and a scramble every time an audit or an incident forces someone to go looking for the paperwork.
Approve2Go closes that specific gap — live today, priced for a real site budget, and set up in the time it takes to fill in a form, not a quarter-long implementation project.
One engine, not one form
Approve2Go started with safety forms — Take 5s, JSAs, permits to work — but the underlying platform was built as a general form-and-approval engine from day one. The same digitise → route for approval → file for audit pattern already runs leave requests, work-from-home approvals, and equipment checks. Safety is the flagship use case, not the ceiling.
Who's behind it
MineDesk is a bootstrapped, Perth-based engineering and software company built by Waldo Coetzee, drawing on 27 years of hands-on process control and automation engineering across Australian mine sites. That background — knowing exactly what a real site's paperwork looks like, and where it breaks down — is what shaped Approve2Go's design.
Where the name comes from
Approve2Go launched under a different name; this site and app reflect the current, permanent brand.
